This job will support the sales and marketing efforts, mainly at our assisted living + memory care buildings. Candidate will home office, but also be at our communities and care centers the majority of the time. Strong assisted living/memory care sales + marketing background preferred.:

Pay Range $77,000 - $120,000 + Commission:
POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Specialist provides additional training, tools, strategic plans, goals, and resources to assigned Prestige communities to drive census growth and compressive results. The Regional Sales Specialist acts as an interim Community Relations Director (CRD) and is responsible for driving sales by creating and executing marketing plans, conducting tours, and promoting Prestige services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fosters teamwork and collaboration within assigned communities and region and provide positive feedback to motivate community teams to increase census and achieve sales goals.
  • Assists central support leadership in providing sales leadership and support to communities by participating in strategy meetings and trainings.
  • Provides leadership, training, and support to CRDs to drive comprehensive results.
  • Assists the communities with strategies and training to increase inquiries, conduct tours, plan marketing events, and cultivate relationships with referral partners.
  • Coaches and trains the community sales teams to initiate and carry out sales calls to discharge planners and outside representatives to instruct how to conduct presentations at doctors offices, senior centers, clinics, and organizations for seniors distributing sales and collateral literature.
  • Partners with regional and community teams to creatively addresses the needs and desires of prospective residents in a manner that protects their dignity and allows for personal resident choice.
  • Instructs and models for community sales teams how to answer telephone inquiries, make follow-up calls, conduct tours, home visits, and assessments offering an overview of the services, lifestyle, convenience and benefits of the community. Visits and conducts presentations at doctors offices, senior centers, clinics, and organizations for seniors distributing sales and collateral literature.
  • Monitors and maintains community database records of prospects, referral sources, reserved and occupied units, and aids communities to develop leads to become move-ins.
  • Prepares and distributes sales and marketing reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partners with regional team and Executive Director to monitor the activities delineated in the marketing plan to ensure they are executed in a timely and budget conscious manner.
  • Acts as interim CRD as assigned. Completes community related sales tasks, such as developing and executing sales and marketing plans, answering inquires, conducting tours, community outreach, promoting Prestige services, and acting as a liaison between residents, families, and guests.
  • Participates in the hiring process for vacant CRD positions including interviews, orientation and onboarding, performance management, training, and development.
  • Completes competitive analysis and competitive positioning analysis as requested.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for Prestige products, services, and sales. Facilitates process improvement to drive comprehensive community and regional results.
  • Partners with community teams to ensure that the marketing area, model rooms and general appearance of the communities are clean, safe, and orderly and decorated in a pleasing and professional manner.
  • Maintains professional knowledge of industry trends and best practices through continuing professional education, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Collaborates on special projects and strategic initiatives ranging from pilots in one community to company-wide roll out.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two years sales and marketing experience in the senior living industry preferred. Experience with budgets, closing sales, and public speaking preferred. Experience with EMAR and CRM preferred.

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.

PTO:
SNF/AL/PCI Salary: Accrue PTO at rate of 0.0615/hour during their first year/16 days.
SNF/PCI Hourly: Full-time and Part-Time team members (over 20 hours/week) accrue PTO at rate of 0.0423/hour during their first year.:::
